01 - Scope and Subject Matter

These GTC govern all business relationships between Swiss China Link AG (hereinafter referred to as 'SCL') and our customers or partners. They form the basis for all transactions, whether it's product sales, course executions, or service provisions.

02 - Acceptance of the GTC

Using our services or purchasing our products implies the customer's or partner's agreement to these GTC. By utilizing our offers, you agree to our conditions.

 

03 - Changes to the GTC

We reserve the right to update these GTC. The version published on happydumpling.ch at the time of the order is valid.

 

04 - Offer

Our listed products and services constitute a binding offer, accepted by the customer's order, whether verbal, written, or electronic.

 

05 - Availability of Our Services and Offers

We strive for high availability of our services and products. In case of unforeseen supply bottlenecks or temporary unavailability, we will inform our customers promptly and offer alternative solutions. Despite our efforts to provide continuous services and product deliveries, we assume no liability for losses or damages of any kind arising from the unavailability of our products or services. This includes, but is not limited to, lost profits, indirect damages, or consequential damages.

06 - Invoice and Payment Terms

Invoices are issued according to the prices valid at the time of the order. Payments are due within 30 days of the invoice date without deductions unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payments by transfer, credit card, and other common payment methods indicated on our website.

07 - Reservation of Ownership

The ordered products remain the property of SCL until full payment of the invoice amount.

08 - Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made immediately by phone or via the designated communication channel. Fees may be charged for cancellations that occur after the order confirmation. The fee amount depends on the timing of the cancellation and the expenses incurred up to that point (e.g., purchases, administration, production). Each case is evaluated individually to ensure a fair and reasonable solution.

10 - Liability

We are liable according to legal provisions for gross negligence or intent. Liability for slight negligence is excluded, as far as legally permissible. This particularly applies to lost profits, indirect damages, or consequential damages.

11 - Return, Exchange, and Return Rules

Since we place great value on customer satisfaction and trust, we handle return and exchange requests on an individual basis. Generally, returns or exchanges of our products, especially food items, are not possible. Exceptions are cases where an error on our part or a defect in the product exists. If you are not satisfied with the quality of a product, please contact us immediately so we can find an appropriate solution together.

12 - Food Allergies and Intolerances

We note that all our products are manufactured in an environment where allergens may be processed. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that our products are free from traces of these allergens. For specific allergies or intolerances, we ask our customers to consider this before ordering.

13 - Language and Jurisdiction

In case of discrepancies, the GTC in the German language shall prevail. The place of jurisdiction for disputes arising from the application of the GTC is Zurich, Canton of Zurich, Switzerland.
