Take a pan, either flat or deep enough to accommodate the bamboo steamer. Fill it with 2-3cm of water.

Place the frozen dumplings in the steamer, ensuring it's lined with parchment paper or cabbage leaves for easy removal.

Cook on high heat for approximately 15 minutes. As the steam envelops the dumplings, witness their transformation from frozen to tender perfection.
